We begin processing immediately to ship quickly, so changes/cancellations aren’t always possible. Email us ASAP.

How long will my order take to arrive?

International: 5–10 business daysplied to your emails after only three weeks, but can the site go live tomorrow anyway?

Can I return a product?

Unopened, unused items can be returned within 14 days. Due to hygiene, we don’t accept returns on opened products.

I have sensitive skin—can I use your products?

Our formulas are created with sensitivity in mind, but we recommend patch testing first.
